Refund Policy
This policy applies to moatool Pro (monthly subscription). Effective 31 August 2026.
1. Full refund within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of your payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked — even if you have already used Pro. Your licence key is deactivated with the refund, and you can keep using moatool on the free plan from that moment on.
2. How to request one
Email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the address you paid with. Including the receipt or order number makes it faster. There is no form to fill in and no call to make.
3. How long it takes
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the request. Depending on your bank or payment method, it can take a further 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
4. After 14 days
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends. We do not pro-rate refunds for time already elapsed.
If a service failure prevented you from using Pro, we will refund you even after 14 days. Just tell us at the address above.
5. Who processes payments and refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Email us and we will file the request for you, or you may contact Lemon Squeezy directly.
6. Try it free first
Every moatool tool is fully usable for free, with no account. Pro only adds ad removal, so please confirm the tools do what you need before paying.
