Your files never leave your device — 100% local processing

Organize PDF

Drag to reorder, rotate or drop any page. Your file is never uploaded.

0 B uploaded — this page has not sent your files anywhere?

Private by design — this tool never uploads your files anywhere. Everything runs inside your browser, and the finished file is saved straight to your device.

Other conversion sites upload your file to a server, process it there, and say they delete it after a while. Until that happens, your file sits on someone else’s server. Here there is no upload step at all. The more sensitive the file — contracts, ID scans, medical records — the more that difference matters. See how to verify it →

Fix a shuffled PDF by looking at the pages, not guessing page numbers

PDFs scanned one sheet at a time or stitched together from several files often end up out of order, with blank sheets mixed in. This tool lays every page out as a thumbnail card so you can drag, rotate and drop pages on one screen, then saves a new PDF. The file stays in your browser and is never uploaded.

A closer look

Tools that ask you to type page numbers, such as Rotate PDF or Delete Pages, are hard to use when you cannot remember what is on page 14. Organize PDF works the other way round. When you open a file, each page is rendered as a small JPEG thumbnail about 150 pixels wide and shown as a card, so you move pages by what you see. On a desktop you drag the cards; on a phone, where drag-and-drop is unreliable, the ← → buttons under each card move it one slot at a time. Both paths call the same function, so the saved result is identical.

When you save, nothing is turned into an image. A fresh document is created and the pages you kept are copied from the original in the order you set, so text stays selectable and searchable and print quality is unchanged. A rotation applied with ↻ is written as the page’s rotation attribute, which every viewer honours. Because there is no upload there is no file size cap; the only limit is your device’s memory. Documents with hundreds of pages simply take a while to render thumbnails, and a PDF with an open password has to be unlocked first.

How to use it

When it helps

Fix a two-pass duplex scanPut a document back in order after scanning all the fronts and then all the backs, which produces 1, 3, 5, 2, 4, 6.
Drop blanks and duplicatesSpot the empty sheets an automatic feeder slipped in, or a page that went through twice, and remove them by eye.
Build an excerpt for submissionKeep only the pages an application needs and put them in the sequence the form asks for, in a single pass.
Rotate just a few pagesTurn the landscape tables in a report so they read correctly on screen without touching the portrait pages.

Common snags

It says “Could not read this PDF”.Most often the file has an open password. Remove it first with Unlock PDF and open it again. A damaged file can trigger the same message.
Dragging does not work on my phone.Mobile browsers handle drag-and-drop inconsistently, which is exactly why the ← → buttons exist. Moving a card with the buttons produces the same saved file.
Saving says “No pages left”.Every card has been marked with ✕. At least one page has to remain. Press ✕ again on any card to restore it.
The thumbnails are slow to appear.Long documents and high-resolution scans take time to render. Cards that are already visible can be moved while you wait, and saving copies the original pages regardless of thumbnail quality.

Tip For a big reshuffle, drag cards into roughly the right area first, then finish the last slot or two with the ← → buttons for precision.

FAQ

How do I change the order?

Drag a thumbnail to where you want it. Where dragging is awkward — on a phone, for example — the ← → buttons under each card move it one slot at a time. Both do exactly the same thing.

Are dropped pages gone for good?

Not until you save. ✕ greys the page out and excludes it from the saved file; press the same button again to bring it back. Your original file is never modified.

Can I rotate individual pages?

Yes — ↻ turns just that page by 90°. To rotate the whole document at once, Rotate PDF is quicker.

Does it handle large documents?

Yes. There is no upload, so there is no file size cap — the limit is your device's memory, not a server policy. Documents with hundreds of pages simply take a while to render thumbnails.

Is quality preserved?

Yes. Pages are copied as they are rather than converted to images, so text stays selectable and searchable and print quality is unchanged.
