pdfmoa is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which tool (e.g. Merge PDF, Compress PDF) and what went wrong — including any message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone). The tools run inside the browser, so behavior can differ by environment.
- Rough file size and page count. Please do not attach the file itself. The tools never send your files to us, and we do not want to receive them either.
Also welcome
- Anything on a page that is factually wrong
- A tool or option you wish existed
- Awkward English or Spanish wording
